TBL provides case management for people who have sustained serious or catastrophic injuries, such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex orthopaedic and neurological conditions, including amputation. TBL are passionate about prioritising what is important to our clients, so they are able to achieve what they want to do and who they want to be.
We work in partnership with adults and children throughout England and Scotland who are experiencing a wide range of complex physical, emotional and social issues. We have a highly experienced team of case managers from a range of clinical backgrounds who are available to co-ordinate and monitor your comprehensive packages of care, support and rehabilitation services.

TBL provides a co-ordinated goal-directed service with an independent assessment of need, identification of measures to meet that need, along with the design of an individual goal focussed care plan which incorporates ongoing monitoring and review procedures within agreed timescales.
